“ As the line of serving staff marched out in perfect rhythm with the mariachi band, bearing our tray of beautifully-plated Mexican cuisine, I felt transported back to that little village a one-day donkey's ride from Cabo. The romantic atmosphere was pleasantly framed by a happy quinceanara celebration to our left and a group of bubbly, laughing children slapping at a pinata to our right. The food, of course, was a stirring testament to the Michelin rating posted proudly at the hostess station. Mighty perfection... Mighty Taco. ”
